That means Mailroom could not reach our licensing server when you pressed the button — almost always a temporary network problem at one end or the other. Nothing has been charged and nothing is wrong with your account.

  • Check you are online, then try the button in the app again.
  • If it keeps happening, contact support and tell us what the app showed you. We will sort it out.
